Try contacting Crystal Inn in West Valley or even SLC, they are able to donate quite a bit and are a great hotel. I use to work for them at West Valley and they would live to help a great cause. Ask for Tiffany and tell her Johnna Freund sent you:) She really is great at trying to help.
